1. Return Eligibility
All unused, unwashed, intact goods with full original packaging and tags can be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Customized, personalized, clearance final-sale and hygiene-sensitive items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Return Application Process
Send an email with your order number, product photos and return reason to our support mailbox. We will reply within 24 hours and provide official return authorization & shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

3. Shipping Cost Rules
- If goods are damaged, defective or wrong items shipped due to our error: We fully cover return shipping fees.
- If you request returns for personal preference: Customers bear all return shipping costs; original delivery fees cannot be refunded.

4. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect returned items, refunds will be issued to your original payment channel within 5–7 business days. Refund confirmation email will be sent once completed.

5. Damaged Goods Claim
Please submit defect photos and order number within 48 hours after receiving parcels. We offer free replacement or full refund without extra charge.
